Thank you so much! I’m so glad this resonated with you. It’s one of those quiet truths we often forget—that healing is happening even in the stillness, even when we can’t see it. Oooh🔥 “We don't have to be blooming to be growing♥️. Roots grow deep, underneath where no one sees what is happening, and it is the root system that nourishes the flower when it blooms. So inspiring to let the process unfold. It will be fragrant in time🙏🏾

Thank you so much, Andrea! I absolutely loved how you described the root system—so powerful and nurturing. Yes, the growth that happens in silence and darkness is often the most transformative. Your words beautifully echo the heart of this piece, and I’m so grateful it resonated with you. Thank you for being here and for sharing such a meaningful reflection! Beautiful Saira. I love how you capture the very known cliche of healing isn’t linear in your poem. Because healing indeed is in the smaller acts, the things we do not openly notice until it’s compounded healing can be slow and uncertain but it’s definitely happening if we actively seek it. Thanks for sharing this beautiful piece ❤️🙏🏽

Saira, I loved this: "We don’t have to be blooming to be growing.", this hit me hard, I've always had this idea that there had to be buds and growth spurts as proof that I was growing or there's life in me still, but it's true, the soil needs time to regenerate, water and sunlight are all crucial for the growth process and even though it is not visible healing occurs beneath the soil, at the roots, the root of our pain, the root of dysfunction. Thank you for sharing 😊🌻

The way you’ve expanded it into the imagery of healing beneath the soil… that’s powerful. Thank you for sharing this — and for holding space with such presence, heart, and clarity. So grateful for you! 🌻🌹❤️💛🤗

What a beautiful, inspiring, gentle and powerful piece and poem Saira ✨ It is magical how you find the words to describe the unseen transformation and healing that takes place in the inbetween, in the moments of stillness and rest 🙏🏻 The sentence “like seasons, we bloom, we fade, and we grow—and through it all, we rise.” is not only beautiful, but also vivid and powerful. Through the seasons you make the process visible what makes it even more vibrant ✨❤️ Thank you so much Saira for again so much gentleness and comfort, your poems let the reader feel held and safe, secure and seen and that is what many, many people need in this time and age ❤️

Saira, your words are such a gentle, steady reminder that growth isn’t always loud, and healing doesn’t always wear a crown — sometimes it’s just the brave act of breathing, resting, allowing.

“Healing is the harvest we gather from fields of sorrow” — what a stunning line. Thank you for honoring the seasons, the in-between spaces, and the soft strength it takes to keep going. This is the kind of magic the heart remembers. 💕
