Saira, I loved this: "We don’t have to be blooming to be growing.", this hit me hard, I've always had this idea that there had to be buds and growth spurts as proof that I was growing or there's life in me still, but it's true, the soil needs time to regenerate, water and sunlight are all crucial for the growth process and even though it is not visible healing occurs beneath the soil, at the roots, the root of our pain, the root of dysfunction.
